1. Product Overview
IS200TRPAH2AHE TRPA is an external analog front-end conditioning terminal board for GE Mark VIe turbine control systems, mounted on cabinet DIN rail outside the VME rack. It acts as an isolation buffer between field process sensors and high-precision internal VME I/O and servo cards such as WSVO IS210WSVOH1AE. Front screw terminal blocks directly connect field temperature, pressure, valve position sensors. Built-in dedicated cold junction compensation for thermocouple inputs and constant current excitation for RTD probes eliminate ambient temperature drift and long cable voltage drop errors. Every analog channel features independent 2000VAC galvanic isolation, MOV surge suppression and multi-stage RC low-pass filters to suppress severe electromagnetic interference from turbine excitation systems, high voltage switchgear and large drive motors in power plant control cabinets. Rear dedicated flat cable connectors transfer conditioned, noise-free analog signals back to VME backplane processing boards. On-board fault monitoring logic continuously identifies loop failures and uploads millisecond fault timestamps to ToolboxST configuration software and turbine HMI monitoring screens. Conformal coated PCB and full metal shielding enclosure provide robust environmental resistance for combined-cycle gas turbine, steam turbine and petrochemical cogeneration unit main control cabinets. GE ceased original production; only surplus new stock and refurbished replacement spares are available on the aftermarket.
